Illusion: Sure but Seras' canon third eye allows her to see through them unless the illusionist is really powerful, case by case basis again.

Permissions regarding other characters

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: if your character is anything other than human and in the lines of vampire/werewolf/zombie etc. she would probably be able to pick up on it. Let me know if you do not want her to do so.
Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: In the event of a fight Seras might bite your character, if your character is human this is usually fatal as it will result in them becoming a ghoul (zombie) under her control or just plain dead unless you're a virgin male in which case potential vampirism?. If your character has a powerful healing factor or isn't human it'll probably just really, really hurt.

Seras can also devour souls when she drinks all of a character's blood (gaining all the information they know in the process) but this and turning characters into ghouls/vampires is something that will only happen if you specifically want to do a plot around it, otherwise biting will just result in death.

Lives

True Hellsing vampires (aka Alucard and Seras) are bastards to kill because of their ability to devour souls, if delivered a fatal wound they can sacrifice one of the souls they've devoured to negate death as it were. This basically means when fighting Seras you'll have to 'kill' her enough times to get through all the souls she's nommed over the years. To keep track of things I'm keeping a handy dandy counter starting with an estimated number of souls she's eaten in the past thirty years luckily she's not a glutton like Alucard:

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Um well Seras may have noticed that Sango is recently -1 soul? I mean, she made a Contract with Kyubey, so now it's not in her body and is instead housed in a little ring on her finger. IDK if Seras can pick up on that, though. (And also being a magical girl generally just gives you super strength/speed/healing so... not exactly human but not nonhuman?? I am not sure.) Oh, and Kirara is a demon, of course.
Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Sure, but Contracts = super-healing, and her soul isn't in her body to devour anyway, and she also doesn't feel pain anymore? So uh, it. Might not have much of an effect.

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Sure, she can probably detect a spirit like Rosy.

Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Again, sure, but it's kinda fake blood. To be more precise, her body's essentially created from magical energy, and while it stimulates an actual body in a lot of ways, it's still a stimulation--it's more like a remote control robot than a vessel for the soul. The most likely result would be that it'd just hurt and maybe 'kill' the body. (She actually has a similar deal to Sera regarding death except that it's running out of magical energy to recreate the body, not souls).

Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Yeah, go ahead if that ever comes up! Probably will just go the death route for now, though vampirism sounds like it might be fun someday.....

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Well, we both know Walter is human. Though he's rather unusual for a human from their world, isn't he? We can play this however you like. You can have her sense that something about him is different, or have it be so subtle it's under her radar. It's your call!

Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Yes to both! In fact, if there isn't enough donated blood available, he might nag her into drinking his. A Draculina needs her nutrition! Whether or not he welcomes the biting would depend on the situation. I'm dead-certain he's a virgin, and he's definitely male. If we run into a scenario where biting might happen, just give me a ring via private message or instant message and we can plot it all out. The only thing I can say for certain at this point is that he wouldn't become a ghoul.

And, I suppose it goes without saying he'd get involved (or at least do his damnedest to) if other people started getting bitten. But I thought I should make that note here, regardless.

Stanley is human through and through, but she may bite him if she ever needs to or whatever.

Though he is a -coughmumble- virgin so if that strike through isn't a joke...have fun with that one I guess.

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Elaine is more along the lines of 'awful eldritch horror' but if you'd like her to get a Something Is Not Right Here ping I'd be A-OK with that!
Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Yes! Though warning, it gets sort of gross and tar-y if you let it sit for too long. She's the regenerator/no-aging type of immortal though, so losing some blood's no skin off her nose. She'll probably even offer if they get pleasantly acquainted and the topic comes up.

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Mary is 1/4th gorgon/medusa/whatever term the canon is using today. So that is fine with me.
Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Yes! There's nothing special about her healing factor as far as I know though, and her stamina is pretty crappy, so it might not be the best idea for her, but I'm OOCly fine with it.

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Certainly. Just looking at him though would tell most people he's not entirely human (his ears have a bit of a point to them and his eyes are an unnatural colour; pale purple with a red ring around the pupil).

Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: If she wants but well...for vampires in his setting that's usually considered a kind if intimate thing. Usually part of blood bonding which can be like family and lovers all mixed into one deal. And just like with ghouls drinking the blood vampires can become addicted to it, often craving the other's blood and bite.

Raiden

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Raiden is immediately, obviously not human. Everything from the lower jaw downwards is machinery and since he's military grade there was no effort put into making him LOOK human. His current body was built for field combat and little else. He doesn't even have skin anywhere other than his face.

Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: If she can sink her fangs into the material that makes up Raiden's throat then certainly. But his blood is artificial and filled with nanomachines so it probably wouldn't do much for her.


Dante

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human?: Yes, he will come across as non-human and otherworldly. Not undead at all, but something else. Something infernal, perhaps?


Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood?: Yes, and Dante could survive the ordeal, though I don't know how she'd take to demon blood. DMC canon says his blood is ~special~, since he is the son of Sparda. Also if she sucked him dry and took his soul, it could have disastrous consequences. His soul is also ~special~ in that he actually HAS one and it has the light of the human spirit in it (or something). It's implied to be the source of his power. Taking his soul would probably make Seras very strong but turn Dante into a Balrog thing that shoots lasers and is a source of mindless destruction. Oh, what fun!

Can Seras tell if your character isn't human? Absolutely. Demigods have a certain smell to monsters - including the Greek predecessor to vampires - that she may also be able to detect.
Can Seras bite your character/drink their blood? I'm up for it depending on the circumstances and how it plays out.
